I didn't set an appointment.
We just talked about meeting up one day this week.

I might wait until the gyms in my area open back up instead of driving down to their gym to learn.
I haven't made my mind up yet.

Honestly I think you could probably YouTube some simple exercises if you wanted and be pretty safe. :)

The basic idea of the interval thing has been around for a little while now and I think is pretty proven to work well and be pretty safe. You might have already been doing it without knowing!!! That short stuff I think counts.

Cause the basic idea is you do a bunch of super high intensity stuff for a short amount of time and then rest in between for a bit and then do more super intense stuff. :D

It’s great cause it doesn’t take much time at all!! Even just a few minutes.

Way more exhausting too 😂🤣😂

I also ran up and down the stairs 5 Times (up and down is one to me up 5 and down 5) then walked it two more times plus did 4 lunges, 5 leg lifts, and some other stretches. Gonna do more walking now and run up and down the driveway instead of my walk since it’s so late. I’m exhausted lol

Kiki was right about the caffeine because now my body is so physically exhausted and worn down and painful and I want to rest but my mind is running 5 million miles an hour and wanting to do MORE MORE MORE because I didn’t do that much earlier and honestly I’ve been “on” or “going” for like a few hours now and haven’t shut off yet so that’s making me more tired because I haven’t really had a break yet :lau :th

I need to just SIT and CHILL but I did that a ton today already so I want to GO!! At 10 PM in the dark unfortunately. 😭😭
