No squats, sit-ups, or thingies from me tonight, but we could try a plank-off, @Friendly_Lurker.

This sucks!today was quite the day......i’m a little sore from trying to keep up with you last night @Kiki and the rainy weekend turned my aviary into a muddy, nasty, stinky mess!! we’ve got to get some sun to dry it so we can do our monthly turn and mulch!! DH talked me into the trolling motors for the kayaks that he’s been planning for and the only one we could find available was at a local walmartsooooo he ordered online for pickup. we dropped the camper back at storage and then i went in to get it. This has to be the trashiest walmart in our area. pickup is in the back of the store and it took forever to find the associate working and there was this “shady dude” basically following me around this empty area of the store.....I had one hand on the carry pocket of my bag and the other ready to text DH to come inside when I finally got my order. I carried it all the way out the door where DH said this doesn’t feel right and he opened the box to find an old worn out motor not even same brand!! we took it straight back inside where it took almost an hour to get the mgr to talk to us.....they first sent a message that we would have to send it to the manufacturer!!! DH found the only other motor in stock but it’s box had been “resealed” as well and had none of the paperwork or warranty information in the box
the mgr finally showed up and we took the one w/o paperwork because all others we had found would not arrive until midway through our trip! Moral of the story: smack me if i ever consider stepping foot into another walmart!! and always open any packages in front of an associate before leaving a store especially if there is any sign of original seal being broken!!
Smart. Everyone has a different body, and what works for one won't for another. I do HIIT workouts, and if something doesn't work for me, I mod it. The workouts I do are 30-45 minutes long. That's why I like them. Short and sweet. You know how when you try to read stuff on the internet you never know what's true or not?
Some stuff that you read sounds really good and it could be true but it could be a crock of poop too.
You know what I'm talking about?
I don't know fitness stuff so I can't just Google fitness stuff because I'm not going to know if what I'm reading is garbage or not. I talked to a personal trainer today. I will be meeting with them this week so I can learn, from a real professional person, what I need to do to to get what I want.

It won't take long for you to tone up because you are already lean. Building muscles will require a bit more patience... it might drive you mad.
Yes.30-45 minutes is short to you?

Oh my. That it's very long to me.Yes.
That's including warming up, and cooling down. Short! I consider working outside all day a long workout.Oh my. That it's very long to me.
I don't consider working outside all day a workout. That's including warming up, and cooling down. Short! I consider working outside all day a long workout.
I consider ripping scotchbroom, mowing, weed wacking, etc a long, fairly ineffective workout. If I'm sweating, it counts.I don't consider working outside all day a workout.
Hold on...I don't think this is coming out right.
Let me sleep on it and try to get it to come out right tomorrow.
I'm crashing early tonight.
