It’s just like realizing just how unhealthy/out of shape I actually am, has made me want to fix it NOW but I guess it doesn’t work like that 😂🤣

I think I won’t do the second running thing later then. But I’m still gonna go on a walk. I feel better now so the almost dying thing is apparently short lived but still, it’s probably extremely counterproductive to overdo it too. Like that resting thing we were talking about.

But even so, I’m so damn sick of getting out of breath from going up the stairs or simple shit like that. And of course the weight. :barnie But I guess walking would help with all that too???

I think I remember now... I think this was why I stopped using it before because I became OBSESSED with the steps and all the stats and stuff and was going out at like 10pm to pace in the road and meet them. :oops:
 
Are your legs still sore?
Mine feel good today but I haven't started my squats for the day yet.
Yeah, my legs are still a bit sore... I was pretty stupid on Friday, wasn't I? Heheh... well, now I know not to do that again, at least. Lesson learned -- build up to 510 squats. Do not do that many spontaneously, even of it's over the course of five or so hours.
 
This is why I need a dog. If I had one and took it for like 2 walks a day plus training/playing/etc., I would have no problem meeting my step goals 😂🤣😂

I don’t even realize I’m working out when I’m with a dog 😂🤣

When it’s just me, I have to force myself to go on walks, etc.

Don’t worry though, not actually going to get one anytime soon.

I just did this but I cheated a little bit.
I couldn't do the whole 30 seconds so I stopped each exercise at 25 seconds and rested for 5 seconds until the next one started.



I will be able to do the whole video without resting next month.
 
I got a good start on all of you today. I was out pushing a lawnmower up and down the hill for a couple of hours. Still lots more of foot high grass that needs mowed.
Ended up doing about 5 hours of the lawn mowing. I am not even halfway done. It was a full body workout.

I did have to take a break to re-hydrate and raise my blood sugar level. It was 90°F in the shade and the sweat was pouring off of me like a steady stream.

Now I have to go fix all the stuff I broke because I couldn't see it in all the tall grass.
