How many duck eggs did you EAT today?

I was crazy busy the last few days, a couple of my daughters were up from Va. While they were here I(we) had fried eggs (over easy) on top of rice and beans, and duck egg-banana pancakes!! I estimate we ate 3 ducks eggs each over 2 days

That will produce some smelly gas…

Finally something to eat for supper:

Pasta a la Mamma HillBilly: Cooked elbow macaroni, fried in some butter with ham- and salami-cubes. Then three dux-eggs mixed in and scrambled. Served with a mild Tomato sauce.

I remember eating duck eggs when we were growing up and I could always tell the difference. We had chickens too so not sure why mom was even cooking duck eggs. If memory serves me right some 50 years later, they seemed stronger to me. They were mostly Rouens and a couple of Pekins, that I remember.
