I'm still saving mine to hatch! But the occasional one does get eaten, especially if they got really cold.

Not really in taste, but they have much larger yolks. They are amazing for baking! And I can digest them, unlike chicken eggs which go right through me.

Mom Made a cake with some of my duck eggs! It did not taste too well. It was not because of the eggs, It was because she burnt it.

None so far, though I have a few dozen sitting around I plan to boil later today - they get used up much faster here when they’re boiled!
