How many duck eggs did you EAT today?

Never had a duck egg before but sounds good.

Much larger and richer yolks. Amazing for baking! And I don't have digestive issues with them the way I do with chicken eggs.

used 2 duck eggs and 9 chicken eggs to make 2 trays of orshteds then ate 1/5 of the orshteds - is that 1/10 of duck eggs?

i hate not having any i hope this year i don’t run out but i might - sometimes the new layers keep going through their first winter but not always
