I have the nurture right 360 and I'm going to be buying some hatching duck eggs. Duck eggs being bigger than chicken eggs I'm wondering if it will still hold 22 or if maybe I'll have to go every other slot and it will only hold 11. Or maybe they wont fit in the turner at all?

What kind of duck eggs? They should all fit in the turner. I had some very big duck eggs in mine that still managed to turn. Just keep an eye on it.
22 will fit even if they aren't in the turner.

They're from a mixed pen of fawn and white runner, golden 300 hybrid, magpie and black swedish.

Incubated 12 African goose eggs in the NR 360, didn't use the turner or the tray and put rubber shelf liner on the floor of the incubator so they stay in place, worked great. For reference, about 3 chicken eggs fit in a goose egg

I had 16 in mine and probably could have gotten maybe 4 more... you just have to think of it as a puzzle cause some turn in some locations and not on others and at certain angles. Getting them all turn is a bit tricky with 16 so I'd keep around 16 to 20 (just my opinion though)
