22 Ducks 2 Pekin 6 Silver Appleyards 4 Rouen mixes?? 6 Khaki Campbells and 4 that I was told were Magpies but I think they look more like black Swedish

Our ducks got us in trouble. In our city, all birds are banned (recent exception is chickens). We started with 12 ducks last year, but between nesting and the incubators, we ended up with a huge flock of squawking ducks. The neighbors started to make comments about the numbers and noise at night. Then Animal control and code enforcement was called in...
We had counted/estimated around 40. As we gave them away, the numbers started to tally up. We had given away around 70 ducks.
We still have five. The back yard is very quiet now but it is also very lonely out there. (We now know how the crazy cat ladies feel.)

Had 2 until yesterday. Got them at one day old and were told they were Ancona ducks. They grew to look more like Black Swedish. One disappeared yesterday while we were out with them. We only let them out when we were there. It happened so fast and we searched and searched. Since we live on 5 acres and most is wooded we think a wild animal may have sneaked up and got him. Our neighbors were having a pool party and playing very loud music so we didn't hear anything. We have always sat out with them every night and they like to go behind the trees and search for bugs. We are heartbroken and are hoping to get another one so the one we have left is not lonely. Not sure where to find one though. Going to search at local farms so hopefully we will be successful. Missing that little guy

3 khaki campbells! i hope to get more next year! this is my first time owning ducks. and just to see how it goes i only got three. but now i want more!!! (haha just like chickens) they worked out great and not that i know i can handle more i'll probably see if i can find maybe pekins next year

And I also have 20 chickens and 5 geese. I really want call ducks, but they are proving to be hard to find.
