How many eggs can one Banty lay in one day?!

Hi! I have 2 bb red Banty hens and one bb red rooster, and a silky male and female. (I'm new and not sure what the proper words are. She's not laying and he's not crowing)

anyway, I had only one hen laying an was getting one then two eggs a day! Now I have 2 bb reds laying and am getting sometimes 3 eggs a day. And then some days one egg and sometimes no eggs!!!! This all confuses me, it's a constant surprise... Is this normal????? How many eggs can one little hen lay in a day?????

Sounds normal to me. It will all usually be a bit more erratic for their first month or so of laying.
