...gotta watch what i eat--so i have 1 every morning , with a hand full of those o'rida potatoe o'brien hash browns and a slice of rye toast---

So far, I have eaten 2: scrambled, with 2 pieces of organic 12 grain toast and a cup of coffee. Yum!

Two this morning at breakfast one at lunch time not sure if I will have another with supper. Got nine eggs today and the girls are just getting started!

None today; gotta make sure cholesterol stays in check. Had some pullet eggs in an egg salad day before yesterday.

DH comes home tomorrow morning...we eat small pullet eggs for breakfast the 4 mornings he is home and he often takes egg burritos with him for his 4 days away from home. He enjoys our home grown eggs; store bought eggs gave him diarrhea every time he ate them.

We are getting enough larger eggs that we sell those and eat the small pullet eggs.

Haven't eaten an egg yet, today, but Alice Anne just layed a pullet egg for me, so, maybe by dinner, we'll have enough for a meal! Hah!
Those watching their cholesterol, and not eating so many eggs as they could really have my respect! That must be super difficult.

Made cheater egg salad sammiches for breakfast, used 7 eggs for 3 of us, then made ds9 one egg over easy, so 8 altogher today. I am planning on making some muffins as soon as I get off this time sucking vortex---I mean the computer, so will probably use 2-3 more, depending on how many batches I make.

I had three smaller/pullet eggs in my egg burrito this morning for breakfast

One, over easy in a corn tortilla for breakfast (so far). I usually have one egg every morning either with a piece of toast, a tortilla or some rice.

They are too young to lay right now but when we had over sixty on other land I got tired of eggs...eggs are now one of my least favorite foods..but hey! I have three pullets for 4H now so back onto the egg diet in a couple months!
