How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

Mine are slowing down because of winter and I think this is thier first molt too. I've been getting 6 eggs out of 10 hens per day.

oh yes.. drive out here i can give you DOZENS.. then you can put them in the nexting boxes.. and go out and collect them the next day... HHOOOORAY youll have eggs

2 eggs today, darn those slackers... see if i make em scrambled eggs with cheese again!!! lol just kidding they get it at least twice a week in the winter

3 today; that makes 5 total for these 5 girls who started laying 3 days ago. I think only 3 are actually laying though. They are 6 month old BRs. I have a very dim light on them 12 hrs, no extra heat and it's *&^%$ cold, but apparently enough insulation and dlm to keep their shed-coop bearable. And, a galvanized water fountain on a heater (one of those $40 kind, not the cookie tin kind that I wish I'd known about before I bought the $40 one.
When I put them next to a store bought egg labled large, they are much smaller, but nicely egg shaped and hard.

8 eggs today from 12 hens and temperrally sold out of eggs 5 in the fridge . busy week.

I'm getting 5 a day now from 8 hens, I have 3 slackers... Not sure who yet... Time for some CSI Work...
