How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

Ive been averageing 18 eggs. Is that good for 23 laying hens?

Both today and yesterday, we only got one egg from our dependable Andalusian hen, but none from the three Orp hens. The big Orp rooster is starting to look like his fluffy bottom feathers are getting loose and falling out (especially when we have to pick him to make him behave), so maybe all four of them are starting to molt.

I've got 7 Delaware, 3 SLW, 2 GLW, 2 CM's, 3 BlAus, 2 BO, 2 DOM., 2 RdFrizbantams.
According to the breed what is the laying average per breed? I seem to notice that I only get one CM egg per day but I have two hens.
Should I be looking for a problem with these hens and how can I tell if one of them is not laying. Not just the CM's but all of them.
How often should I check to see who's in the nest?

Is there a paint I could put on there butts so they mark the egg as they lay them? I could use a different color paint for each breed. Just kidding.

I'm just concerned that someone isn't laying, cause I only average 18 eggs each day.

I have one laying. She started Sat. and then she laid another on Monday. Then she laid one tuesday and today! I thought I'd only get one every other day. So, to answer the question. 1/1!

Four of Seven girls laying and we get two or three eggs per day so far from the four RIRs that are laying. The three Buffs are just lazing around.
