I was only getting 1 or 2 per day out of 15 (including 7 new Amer pullets) until I put in lights 4 weeks ago... got 12 out of 15 yesterday and not sure if 2 are laying... I have the following birds: Ameraucanas (7), BCMs (3), EEs (3), Wh Marans (1), Light sussex (1)

We got 16 today from our 24 new BSL's. We've been 11 or twelve each day and now it looks like several others have finally joined in. They're now about 28 weeks old. After I go back to work on Jan 2nd I hope to take in 4 or 5 dozen to sell. My co-workers have been hammering on my door wanting their eggs.

Nice work Jim. I know the feeling, my co-workers have heard all about the chicken project for the last couple of months and now they are dying to get some eggs. So close to having enough now. My 25 girls (25 weeks old) are just starting to come online - here is the last 10 days: 5,5,9,5,7,7,9,8,11,10.

8 today. 2nd consecutive day that both EEs and both Cubalayas laid.

Fae laid while I was in the area. Slowly starting to figure out which girl lays which egg.
Still not sure if Zorra is laying or if Echo occasionally pops out the XL.



Sadly, *I* had to label them. The girls just are NOT cooperative that way

I have 2 BA, but only get one beautifully dark egg similar to yours. It's so pretty, and always has a few speckles on it. The BA's are the only two I can't tell apart anymore, so I don't know which one lays it. I don't get one of the dark eggs every day, so I think only 1 of them lays that color.

I got 6/8 yesterday and today.
