It depends on the breed, age and time of year.

Warrens are excellent layers, but most hybrids should do well on egg production.
I have 5 of them and all over the winter I have had 4 eggs a day consistently!

6 out of nine hens. Maybe 7 my hen Delores likes to lay at the neighbors house. I don't think she gets it that I am trying to sell eggs here lol
