How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

today was a first for me. Be it that my "babies" are only 19 weeks old, I was not expecting eggs from them. But my older girls have been laying for about 3 weeks. I went out and got 4 eggs this morning and one of my EE's was sitting on the nest so I let her be. A bit later I went out to get her egg and was delighted to see 2 extra eggs.

That means that the "babies" are no longer babies! Quantities of eggs coming soon!

6/6 but I suspect another one of my RIRs doublelaid today after not laying yesterday, since my EEr is only 12 weeks old.
