8 Chicken egg's collected today for the incubator .....

2/4 today!!!! And these two both came from hens that haven't layed since early April due to moulting! Their faces and combs are the least red of all 4 and one of the other 2 has already been laying for a week and half. I may just be at full production by Memorial Day!!! And then sometime in August or September my chicks will start laying.

Well I got my first egg from my December hatching today 5 months old. 10/11 eggs today

only 5 today from 8 hens. I also have a wild bird that is apparently flying in through the pop door and is trying to build a nest in the hens nest box. I tossed its' efforts 2 days in a row now.

Only 1/4 today. Think it was from my hen that started laying about a week and half ago after not laying for a few months. She didn't lay yesterday.
