Got 2x soft shelled egg this morning

I've been battling that with one of mine. The rest are great and go to the free choice oyster shell, but her, not so much. I feed game bird crumbles without calcium. So I mixed in regular layer crumbles with the game bird crumbles, seems to be doing the trick. 3 eggs from her this week, all since I added the layer crumbles, all with harder shells. Are they new layers? last summer I also had a different new layer that layed soft shelled eggs for a couple of weeks until her piping got in order.

Yes they are new layers I'm feeding them some laying mash but they are so picky! I offer she'll grit but they don't like having any I might crush the shell grit and add it on mash also my other pullet is laying really small eggs I'm thinking it's because she is not eating properly although they are never without food in the pen. They often lay the soft shell eggs in the roost and not the nesting box

So I got 2x soft shelled eggs early this morning came back out a couple of hours later saw an egg in the nesting box perfect hard shell then a couple of hours later went in to check the girls and one of them is in the nesting box laying. So that makes it 4 eggs in one day from 2 pullets????? I have four chickens the other two are only 3 months old. I'm bushed I think my chooks are playing tricks on me
