I ended at 9/14 not a bad day

2/3 mildred seems to be coming back up she was 3-4 with 1 day off before winter and had been 1 egg 1 day off during winter. This week and last she's been laying 2 with 1 day off. I'm still not sure about marshall. We are up to day 6 with no egg and no evidence as to why. It probably would bother me to much of the other 3 were laying but with 3 not started and 2 producing and 1 gone Rouge we just aren't getting many eggs. That and she's one of the kids chickens, and I'm dreading the idea of telling my kids I have to cull one of thier chickens

5 of 9 today. Feed tube was blocked by damp pellets, so been checking it daily. Doesn't seem to take much to stress some hens, others, like the Compine and Rhode island reds just keep on routine, same size, same time, same nest daily.
Haven't had 100% yet...

7/11 One of the chicks I hatched this fall laid her first egg today. I was expecting green, but she lays blue.

Nice!!
