How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

I don't know for certain BC I don't know what you're fighting but I'm guessing lice. We've just had a fight with northern fowl mites and I think we've finally got them gone. However in my reading it seems to me that I was reading often if the nits have been killed they stay in the feather shafts until the feathers are molted. I'd do some more research before deciding to cull.
Yes, you are correct, I am fighting lice. I had asked someone on here that had battled lice & they had said that everything would be gone including the nits. However, I will do some more research as you suggested. That would be bad if I've been subjecting these 2 chickens to all these treatments if it was really already cleared up!

Get some DE from the feed store and mix some in the dirt they bust bath in. Won't hurt them is they are in it all the time, will kill mites and helps balance the ph in the ground neutralizing some of the smell from day to day chicken life. It's even safe for you.

Friday 4/13 and 0/2. Hubby doesn't give them vitamins so there is part of why the count rises and drops. I have reminded him it needs done and he wonders why the counts go up when I am home later in the week. Feel like I am beating my head against a wall here.

Didn't realize how long since I've posted a count. 5/7 yesterday and 4/7 today. This has been my best week in a while. Everyone is on track to lay 4 eggs this week.

Cleaning up coop one and the quarrentine cage today. Tomorrow would be coop two.
Coop one: 8 by 8 ft
Coop two: 8 by 12 ft
Quarrenting: 6 by 6 in 3 story cage (upstaires)

Yes! Eggs count: 25/37 and 6/10 yesterday
28/37 and 8/10 for today.
No lost for the mean time and no quarrentined chicken.
That's great to hear! Hope everything continues to do well.
