seems the heat is rough on the girls not use to it 8 maybe a few more later it is just 7pm here... So we have 9

How fun! Do you have plans while she's visiting?

Yes! We have some swimming and game nights planned at friends' houses; we made homemade peach ice cream last night; going to the Muny; horseback riding; peach picking over in Illinois; a float trip; going to a drive in movie (she's never been); visits to the St. Louis Zoo (and petting Stingrays); making homemade grape jelly; visiting my son so she can go fishing without having to get a license ( very hard to do for foreign exchange students) he lives on 136 acres with his girlfriend, her 2 kids, her dad, stepmom and sister. We went to see the movie Valerian this afternoon and then out to eat. I think everyone came home and fell asleep except me! LOL. Oh, and we also want to go to Little Rock, Arkansas. I have a brother that lives there and he is always going for hikes, mountain biking and fun things like that. There is also a gemstone/diamond mine park or something that you can go to and see if you can find anything of value. I've been wanting to go there for about 10 years!
She also has a list of ideas, but so far she hasn't shared it with me. Oh and we are going to 2 plays for sure.

We have 30 pullets ready to lay any day now!! so HOPEFULLY we will get a FEW more!!!!

10 eggs today. One coop only gave 2 eggs out of 8 hens. The other coop gave 6 eggs out of 16 layers. Hopefully, now that we have some coolers temps, they will lay more.
