Patience. You've made a LOT of changes in a short period of time. Days are shorter. Is anyone molting?

They'll chill out and start laying soon, they just need time.

most mine right now are not old enough to lay I have 8 that are
but half of them are in molt a big funk from 9 leaving then 9 others coming in

Cooler weather, equals more layers feed consumption, equals more eggs, at my place.

I have been getting 16 eggs most days lately!
Today was 16 eggs again.

I have a few that do that also but do use seven also to control mites and ants

I have not noticed a problem with ants. I assume the chickens are eating them. But how do I know, or what do I look for the mites?

Cold front coming through. Was 59F this morning, 51 and windy now. Predicting frost tonight.
Raggedy Ann's egg broken in nest, fed to hens.
