So 3 inches of snow walked in to close the pop door snow fell of my boots birds went bonkers for it tossed in like 8 snowballs then shoveled more in clearing to open and close doors they are having snow parties they get to peck at it but not walk in it

Got 21 today. It was cold but started to thaw around mid day. Guineas have invaded the coop and made nests in the corner. Here’s to hoping they’ll lay early.

I wondered if it was a good average for February. I just wish my EE would start up again. She hasn't given me a beautiful green egg since Labor day.

My EEs quit in October, in the last couple of weeks I’d been getting mint green and olive eggs again so it shouldn’t be long for you. Now if the blue eggs should pop out again my wife and kids will be excited.

Oh, we could have snow and freezing rain until May sometimes. That’s NE Ohio for you, but the people are nice and friendly.

We too can get snow into May, although we don't usually get it that late. We are usually pretty much done with snow by the middle to end of March.
I got 9 eggs last night. I don't think I reported because it was my hubby's 62nd birthday and we went out for dinner.

Seems about every 10 years we get a better than average snow but this time of year is when we get them
