no not really...they are Lohmann Browns which is equivalent to a warren or Nova brown....if you have heard of them.....i got 14 out of the 10 the other day...got 11 today as well

20 Eggs Today, it’s been strong wind advisory the whole day that we had had no power since 1 pm. Luckily the 15 eggs in the incubator are @friends house. I almost set 7 eggs this morning in Brinsea mini, that could had been bad, temps in the House dropping to 50s.

We had snow coming down fast but did not stick only 5 same as yesterday may be a few more before dark it is 4 here dark is about 5 now

I have a grabbit in each coop hard time bending just gets worse along with the nasty one every now and then can lift the bird right up
6 main coop of like 22 birds

I actually have one of those that my Mom gave me, she doesn't have enough strength in her hands to use it. The trouble is.... I don't remember where I put it!!

I only got 7 eggs today. I need an evening with halfway decent weather when I don't have prior engagements. I have several extra roosters and they are running the hens ragged fighting over who gets to breed them. Time to put some of them in the freezer.
