Two! My Cuckoo Marans laid her 6th ever hardshell egg(been laying one consistently for 5 days now) and my BO just laid her first one a few minutes ago! She had a properly loud egg song too! SO egg-cited!

(They are both 21 1/2 wks, still waiting on my Buckeye and my Buff Brahma but not expecting them to lay for a bit yet)

7 today plus another thin and squashed EE egg. Not sure who is laying that, Hera - I HOPE NOT, she's only a year old! She has been laying some funky elongated eggs lately though, she used to lay nearly round eggs. And the weight hasn't changed. Or Persephone who is 8, but she is moulting so she isn't likely laying.
