Nope! They don't all lay every day. What breeds do you have? I happen to have red sex links and a white leghorn, which are all breed to be very high production.

I have a few leghorns and the others are just mixed from a friend.

The leghorns are probably laying every day for the most part, and the others are probably laying more infrequently.

Maybe you need to tempt them with some sexy hens. Then they can pay for their keep by making fertile eggs that can hatch.

I mean, sure, that's reasonable, but I'm looking for get-rich-quick setup so I'd appreciate it they would lay an egg. LMAO!

Day before yesterday 5 out of 10 pullets. Yesterday, 6 out of 10, and today, 6 out of 10! I think we have another layer on-line!

11 eggs a day for last 2 days! We have 29 pullets. Still waiting on some to start laying.
