How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

3/6 they're such slackers! The past 2 months they've been producing 4 and 5 a day, now 2 and 3. Whats up with that?

I got 51 eggs today out of maybe 75 birds. all others are in the brooder haha. will have hundreds by the summer though

5 out of 8 hens. My girls range from 5 to 7 a day but I have yet to get 8 out of 8

Same here. We have 127 laying right now and in the brooders we have 70 mixed satndard breeds (7wks), 100 brown leghorns & 50 RIR (5wks)old. They should be laying around end of June begining of July. Hubby is actually talking about buying 100 Columbian Rocks when these babies go out to the pasture. I have no idea what I'll do then.
