How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

23/35today I finally found one of my little escapees nest today I saw her sneaking out of a big 'ol bunch of Pampas grass and sure enough there it was 9 eggs in the clutch and no telling where else there might be more of them hiding, she was sly about it also she waited till she got a good ways away from the area before alerting to everyone she'd done her duty for the day,

12/20 - But it ended up being 11, as I accidentally dropped one while collecting. One of the Wyandottes looked at it, then started to make the strangest "crying" sound. . . I apologized to her, but she kept doing it. . . Kinda scared me, almost. I've never heard her make that sound before.

This is the second time this week that we got 4 eggs in one day
