No clue how many today :/ Collected some eggs when I fed them at 2pm. 24 at that point, but got lazy and had my daughter put them away this evening

I understood they are considered pullets till a year old?5 today. I spent some time in the coop and run cleaning up today and got a positive ID on one of my new layers that I had suspected. Squeaky the BO is popping out little brown eggs. All my young girls but one are over 6 months now so I guess they’re not really pullets anymore.
Yes, they need about 14 hours of daylight for optimum production, i have heard. I am giving mine extra lighting so they have a total of 12 hours and it has kick-started production for me. All through December I was getting one egg, sometimes two, out of 24 layers. I added light Dec. 1. Today I got 11 eggs.0 eggs out of 9 chickens for some reason my hens are not laying in the winter and it’s not that cold here because I’m in Florida. They appear healthy and act normal??? I have no clue why they are not laying could it be the change in daylight hours?
That’s my bad then. I thought it was 6 months.I understood they are considered pullets till a year old?![]()
