How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

7 today, only 4 yesterday. About 25 hens.
Still in crazy molt. My poor sebright is so bald! She stays in the coop all day from fear of getting chased by the roosters who weaken her brittle body even more.

8 eggs today. When all hope is lost another phone call wanting chickens! People always make me sweat it out. Just when I think I’ll be adding more chickens to the layers like Nemetz, someone wants to buy! That will be the end of my last hatch except for the roosters!

I know it will... and I can't wait.

I have some customers that buy eggs from us, so now we can barely support our huge family OR the customers...

Do y'all think I should set up artificial lighting in the coop? If so, what time should it turn on and what time should it turn off?
