Got six out of twelve last night. Would have been seven but I found one egg smashed in the nest box.

I think I may need to restock bedding in the boxes. I suspect it cracked as it was being layed and then got stepped on.

None yesterday but the coop seems to have had a visitor as the clipped a way I do not use
arthritis... 2 so far today.

Four out of twelve today. Wondering if they might be properly going into molt now since they've really started to slow down a lot lately.

My coop looks like a bad feather bed was cut.

I am down to 13 aging hens so not getting much at all.
My California Whites and one Starlight green layer molted early so have been giving me a few. I am seeing 5 eggs a week total now out of the 4 that molted early.
