Just the one. Exactly five weeks since she started and her sisters are still doing nothing.

1 today, for a total of 2 eggs so far. That brings my cost per egg down from $6,000 to $3,000 . My white OE is still the only girl laying.

After 5 years into this chicken thing I think mine are down to about $25 per egg. Hang in there!

4 today. For the Frist time I have been able to identify who layed which egg. However today instead of the usual 1 small 1 specked 1 dark 1pale. We have 1small and 3 the same colour, 2 of which are speckled.
