I’ll try and get some today! The lighting in their run is so bad when we have cloudy weather, but it might be sunny today, and I still have some cabbage left to give them

4 out of 4! Mei’s egg is particularly beautiful today!



And here’s the best shot I could get of the chicknic table. They seemed less interested in it today, and more inclined to forage outside for half frozen worms and salamanders. I couldn’t get them to perch on it like last time. Still cute though!

In fairness to #6 "Lucy" she is the oldest and is starting to skip several days sometimes a full week or more in between eggs.

Saw my Bossy hen leaving the Crepe Myrtles this morning and found an egg in there. As I was leaving for a Dr appt, I saw Flossy in there. Came home to find two more eggs hidden in there.

6 today! Made some hard boiled eggs for the first time in a long time…and still have almost a dozen for breakfasts!

Two of my girls took a break today, so it was 5 eggs this morning.

11 eggs out of 18 hens today. The Delaware’s are finally laying in another nest besides the same one all the time.

I got 5 from 9 again today. I think one of my spring pullets is trying to go broody. She is barely 8 months old. I'll be keeping an eye on her.
