How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

I do, got a flock of 30 hens with 3 roosters in a run that's about an acre big that I rotate around the property. I just have well behaved dogs and cats and lots of shelter to protect them from predators.

Curious. How do you rotate your run around the property? Is it on wheels? Got pics?

T-posts and plastic fencing. We only have to do every few months so it's not too bad

I know right?! It’s an odd colour for sure. I almost broke one, it slipped out of my hand and bounced across the nest box - but it was fine.

nothing fanciful to report with the chickens I'm afraid, boring ol day - but no news is good news I always like to say

I closed up what we call the "little coop" with 2 nesting boxes that my 4 adult hens, 2 RIRs, a barred rock and a Delaware White who have used for laying, on your advice.
I added 4 babies, 2 RIRs and 2 Anconas, to my flock who started laying a few weeks ago.
I put in a new set of 4 nesting boxes in the "big coop" where the hens roost prior to dismantling the old 2 nest coop.
It took all of 2-3 days before they all took notice, and me showing them, and started using it!!
I am getting 3-6 eggs a day.
Thank you for the advice!!
