How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

I think the OP of this thread is in cahoots with my mother. No matter how many eggs I get....she calls and says "How many eggs did you get today dear". I say "Well, 5". (from 7 layers) She says "Oh hon, that is really nice. I only got 16" (from 17 laying) *sigh*

nada and its going to be awhile before I get anymore, I had to cull my two only egg layers today, I did get two replacements also ! But after the new uproar in the hen house its going to be a long long time !

After bragging yesterday that I got 7 from 7 (layers), I am compelled to report that today the girls gave up only 4. That's what I get, I suppose...
