They are all the same age... 43 weeks... Maybe she will hit her stride this spring... but when one of my SLWs is already laying 10 days in a row before taking a day off, and a couple of my EEs have a past history of laying 5-7 in a row before taking a day off... it's going to be a treadmill for her to beat. I should run some numbers real quick to figure up their laying percentage... to see who's really outlaying who... (I can guarantee it's Nandi right now, but her percentage will be skewed by the shorter laying history since she started this spring while most of the others started last fall) BRB...

Nandi's only taken 4 days off since she started laying... And Kaylee and Inara's numbers are both depressed somewhat, Kaylee's more so than Inara's, because Kaylee was off for 28 days for a mini-molt, and Inara was off for 18. If I were to discount the hiatus from their figures, then Kaylee's 54% jumps up to 69%, and Inara's 58% goes up to 68%.

5/8 but my Blue Andalusian laid her first egg. She is my only white egg layer. I just have one pullet left who has not laid her first egg yet. My husband thinks today will be the day. I hope so. She is an EE and I can't wait to see what color her egg will be. My other EE lays a light blue/grren egg.
