Most exciting is that my EE began laying today after being sick. Her last egg was the beginning of September. I was sooo happy to see a blue egg finally in the nesting box again!

Yes that's correct! Here is the thing, we found five extra eggs today behind our hay stack? Now I'm assuming one hen has been doing this. My question is the eggs could have only been there for 2 weeks Max as that is when we started to let them free range. Are they going to be good to eat or have they been out to long?

2/16!!!!!!!! One of my EE's started to lay!!! and she is over 32 weeks old.

1/2. Started giving Fermented feed today. Let's see if that kicks the pullets into gear. They are 27 aqnd 24 weeks...

I'd sink test them. If they sink in a glass of water they're good. If they float then they're bad.
