A pullet is a hen that has never laid before.
As far as I'm aware, the more accepted definition of a pullet is a female chicken less than 1 year old.
If a pullet has never laid, what are "pullet eggs"?

yep, it made it to 18 today 4F w/ wind chill factor. I sure hope so.WHAT??????? It's -10 below zero?????? I feel so bad for you...I'll bet this is the last bang of winter, and you will get a rapid spring thaw.
P.S. I also think those Easter bars are pretty, I never paid much attention to their looks until yesterday when I noticed they blossomed over night and got super pretty!

I think you are right. I think of pullets being like heifers (a female cow that has never given birth). I still call my hens hatched two years ago ''pullets'' so I not much help there.
