I only got 4 today & 1 was shell-less even though I have free choice oyster shell out. I think my 3 year old hens have quit laying or at least significantly slowed down! One old girl moved herself to her own pen & hasn't laid an egg since (it's been about 5 days). I thought maybe they would be enjoying the cooler weather that we have been having (60's & 70's), but I guess not. Still waiting for my Black Penedesenca girl to start laying, I don't think she is quite red enough yet even though she hatched on Easter.
