4 of 6 today. Another day of crappy weather. No sun, and very windy. The wind was whipping so hard it knocked the door shut several times this afternoon despite having a "wedge" to hold it open. I went out and tried to rig it with other means, but nope, that wind was determined to scare the babes. They were all huddled away from it on the other side of the run when it slammed Poor babes.

We have seven hens and we are still getting 7 for 7 " most days " the least has been a day where we only got 5...we're heading home to MI. for Christmas so we've been trying to accumulate as many dozen as we can to share with family members.

Internet has been out for a few days. I got 6 eggs yesterday & 5 the day before.
The 8 hens in the EE coop are only giving me 1 egg a day & occasionally no egg. They do not have any supplemental lighting.
