7/14 so far today. Don't even want them to go outside today. It is -2 and much warmer in the coop so they got some fresh shavings and some mealies to hunt for.

Nice cover job but what about ventilation? Where are you located/climate?

Oh, IMHO, that is way too much cold protection unless you have cage birds or some fragile breed of chicken. I thought you may live near the north pole.
What breeds do you have?
It doesn't even get cold where you live. Your chickens are wearing down coats they go to bed with.
You do know that most of the chicken breeds in the US were developed in cold climates with no protection from the cold. The red jungle fowl, the ancestors of chickens live up into the Himalayan foothills.
Cold doesn't kill chickens, bad air does.
