First to sayI have 321 layers, I only get 120 eggs per day. The pullets have been laying for two months now.What can i do?

First to sayI have 321 layers, I only get 120 eggs per day. The pullets have been laying for two months now.What can i do?
Are they free range birds? some are dying but the poop is normal?They are not all in coop. But something tragedy always happen in the morning. Whenever, I go to check them in the morning I must see a layer dead, But they are well secured and always look heathy before the night comes. Please advice me on what to do.
pretty good as long as all get some you should be able to see to thatI do give them food twice i.e morning and evening, Would that be the course?.

The control group is down to 6 ladys and the free range is up to twelve ladys who spend most of the days under the different sheds and under the heavily stickered stage brush for their safety form the suns heat and predators so to get a good egg count id difficult .
I will need some time to see if I can get a roo visually adequate for breeding so I am out for the summer at best .
I was just telling hubby how the chickens were slacking today !!! I usally get 15-25 eggs per day and only got 6 today /img/smilies/ep.gif
