How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

City boys need eggs too. I wish I could keep chickens, but the new code enforcement officer is a zealot. Chickens being illegal is just wrong. Before I know it, they'll make pot legal...but chickens won't be!

You could always find a local farm mea you to get fresh eggs from

I got 7 today. My NH Reds, White Leghorns, RIR, and Olive Egger all laid today. I was soooo disappointed with my 2 Dominiques. They kept going in and out of nesting boxes and singing the egg song, but nothing. I was hoping for 9 to break our daily egg record.

awww but at least you got 7. I feel the same way when we don't get the numbers we should.
