14 eggs today.
2 chicks have hatched. first 1 Friday night/ Saturday morning. 2nd 1 Monday morning. Last night 2 other eggs were rocking & rolling, but no apparent pips. Didn't see any movement out of them today (day 23).

26 chicken eggs. 10 of these headed to incubator. EE and EE crossed to white leghorn.

3 of my turkey hens started laying today. So 3 turkey eggs.

I am 9 of 18 a bit under the weather myself

Haha I think I spoil them by giving them a clean space, letting them out to free range all day, feed them yogurt and fermented feed and give them scratch in the evening if it's cooler. But maybe I am actually just bugging them!

7/14 eggs today...which is exactly how many I used this morning

My daughter is raising a couple hatchery cali whites for me until the weather is stable enough to get them outside. Anybody raise them? Are they friendly? Get along well with rest of flock? Any info is much appreciated.

I almost picked up a couple of Cali whites last week, I read that they're much friendlier and get along better w/ others than the parent leghorn.

I read that also, but read comments saying theirs were flighty and skittish. I hear lots of people say easter eggers are super sweet, but the 3 I raised from babies are super skittish...maybe I'm the one that jacks them up! Lol
