How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

Well yesterday was day 20 and one hatched early but only one so far today is day 21 and I'm thinking this is going to be the worst hatch ever I only hear one more egg chirp it's under my broody hen with no chicks yet the other one has one. Also it's hard for me to tell if eggs are fertilized or rotten as I had a rotten egg and didn't know it it's especially hard with the brown eggs I can't see through their shell and if I see anything through the other eggs it's just black with the air sack does that mean it's fertilized?

None but none are laying yet so I shouldn't be surprised... only 3 more weeks to go! I have never had a egg not from the store and I am so excited to try one!!!

get yourself a very high powered small light easiest to see is brown if you have the tools
sounds like you have a fertilized yes but get the light so you can see them
