12 eggs today. Another very hot day. Gave the chickens frozen watermelon and rinds to help cool them off. They seemed to appreciate it.

1 from 4 who are currently laying. That's my worst day in recent memory. It was really hot and smoky out today though. I have plenty of eggs in the fridge, so I guess I can give them a pass.

13 eggs for Thursday. Haven't even made it outside yet. My daughter invited me to go to the drive-in theater with her last night. Double feature. We didn't get home until 2:00 this morning. Glad I didn't have to get up for a paying job this morning.
