How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

I don't have a clue how many layers I have! I had 25 then my daughter gave me her 6- 2 americans,2 bard rocks. a Buff Then I had 4 Copper Maran and about a dozen mixed breed pullets I hatched that I had to throw in with them. The pullets are just starting to lay. Oh and two Red broiler pullets that are laying a egg or two.
So I have 31 hens and 18 pullets in the same pen, most of the hens are in a slow molt.
Im still getting 20 to 25 eggs a day.
Its so confusing right now I just gave up trying to keep track.
Lets not forget the Rooster/Turkey coop with 3 Toms and 3 hens
20 juveniles and 14 Bob white quail in my baby coop.:barnie

A broken egg in nest and 2 good eggs at 9 am.
Some dead branches decorating the yard. Picked some up this morning. More found under the same tree, early afternoon.
No loss of electricity. Winds blew all night, gusting to 20 mph right now.
Chickens sitting down or hiding behind coop to avoid wind. GC
I live north west of Orlando and Irma went right over us It was only a cat 1 at best but a Tornado or a really bad thunderstorm came over my place and took out 12 100 foot tall oaks and trashed my whole area. and we were a week with out electric.

anyone have experience w/ Welsumer? They're my noisiest hens When laying.

We have 3 Welsummers. They lay beautiful dark brown speckled eggs. One is pretty noisy, but the champion egg song team is an Ameraucana, RIR and Olive Egger. When the three of them get going it echoes off the surrounding hills.

11 out of 12 today...

I have experience with tornadoes. Happy to know you weren't blown away. Those things are frightening. No warning, no time to get away.

4/5 today.
Winds still blowing, and cloudy sky's. Forecast to blow tomorrow too. Jose is just meandering southeast of us, slowly weakening. 20170921_105012.jpg . Chickens enjoying the cooler temps. GC
