Got 5 today, include the first egg from the Barred Rock that hadn't yet laid. A whopping 38g

Still waiting on the Golden Campine (the other disappeared some time Monday ) the Welsummer and the Barnevelder.

Yep, they free range around the yard all day pretty much every day. She was there at bed check Sunday night but didn't show up at "roundup" time Monday late afternoon. She, like the other 19 girls, always come in for evening scratch (though some need a special invitation). Only Monday she didn't, no sign of her.

I hate when that happens. I almost hold my breath every afternoon as I’m doing the head count.

Turns out yesterday was a 3/3 day after all as there was 5 there this morning! Still no blue egg please that she starts before the spring!

Had a soft one in a hiding spot but may find good ones there now otherwise with it there was 6 with one in silky land
