Thank you - I was so stressed I wouldn't find something and then both the dress and jacket just found me days before the wedding! I think I'll get masses of wear from the jacket too as the fur collar is removable. Just need to clean the lemon icing off the front (was being hostessy and handing around the cake as no one was getting up to go and get some and I think the sister that made it was feeling sad!).
Well I think with the Santa bags they are a spin off of a stocking really. As a kid we always had santa bags rather than stockings (maybe something to do with the lack of chimnies to hang stockings on in Australia maybe
). thye are good as you can fit all the FAther Christmas pressies in them (unless there is a big one which I put under the bag) and then the rest under the tree are from other people. I don't get it here - they say that all the presents are from Pere Noël which I don't like so we do our thing from more Aussie / UK traditions.

I just looked and it is only about 2hrs 20 mins to Rotterdam where there are cheap flights to Bergerac (1/2 hour away!) - depends how much you want to come visit France - would be lovely to meet you.
Hmm, I don't think we will make it to France this time. I will be traveling with my German student and I don't think she has the money to fly anywhere. I would have liked to go meet you. Maybe if I get the chance to travel overseas again.

I bet you have a new layer. Shape, size and color is how I tell which hen laid a given egg. That and location. For example the pullets that have been laying have used one end of the 4' enclosed box. But Angel (2015 White Rock) has always laid in the other end. She laid an egg this week (unexpected since she's not been a winter layer in the past) and moved the 2 plastic eggs from the right side to the left. And Yuki always laid in the cat litter nesting box in the feed "room". RARELY will another bird lay there. She was the last to moult and is also a WR, it will be interesting to see if she decides to lay in a week or so.
main coop by the way just have 18 pullets now 2 cockerel but 5 still in molt another 4 not old enough me thinks lost track there
