Counts are going down here too. Yesterday 10 out of a possible 21. I still have 6 broody beasts.

Molting is happening here with many of my birds so 10 is a decent number.

I have not gathered yet today.

13 today so not bad. Lily is almost done being broody - she ignored the nest boxes for a few hours this evening. Only got re- interested when she realized Ruby is broody. Funny thing is the two of them did the exact timing a few months ago. Lily went broody and the last day for her was the day Ruby went broody. Ruby was sitting on an egg and it may have (probably) been her own. So one leghorn didn’t lay, one EE didn’t lay (they seem to be taking turns) and Lily didn’t lay. That’s everybody.
