One green egg today! This is the calmest Christmas Eve I've had since gee I can't remember having this much quiet! DIL who is pregnant got very sick and went to urgent care so they didn't come for dinner. I got a good sized standing rib roast, so I cut a nice thick piece and DH and I had it grilled. It was delicious! We'll cook the roast when she feels better. Peace on Earth and Goodwill to you all!

I got a new high yesterday - 7!! Cassie (2015 EE) went in the box when I was out there at 9 AM today.

Three eggs !
Two of my B.O. took eight months to lay. Anxiously waiting for the three month old E.E. and S.S to reach laying age.
When I was four years old it was my task to gather eggs, now at 63 I am again gathering eggs and loving it.
